VIDEO: Elephant Goes in for a Kiss During Wedding Photo Shoot

For their wedding, Tim and Renae Smith, who hail from Melbourne, Australia, traveled to Phuket, Thailand, where it's common for an elephant to attend the ceremony and provide entertainment for the couple and guests.

Or in this case, try to smooch one of the bridesmaids.

The couple's videograhper, Abraham Joffe of Sydney, was filming when the elephant got a little too close to one of the bridesmaids during the photo session.

"I was told he was going to give me a kiss, and his trunk went all the way around my neck and gave me a big loud kissing sound in my face, but actually my face got pulled into his mouth, which was interesting," said the bridesmaids, Gemma Black, who said she wasn't scared by the encroachement. "He was just thanking me for the cucumber I just fed him."

The 3-year-old elephant was on good behavior for the rest of the day, however, leaving the couple with an interesting video, for sure. [YouTube]
