The bouquet flowers were white hydrangeas with ivory roses and white calla lilies. Bridesmaids carried hydrangeas.

Rehearsal Dinner and Hosted By

Parents of the groom, Mike and Susan Shurden, hosted the rehearsal dinner at a local historical restaurant in downtown Frederick, Maryland. The guests were served an exotic Italian chicken dish with steamed vegetables and assorted desserts.

Reception Venue and Hosted By

The reception was hosted by parents of the bride, Bob and Barb Carr, at the Strong Mansion. The guests were served a gourmet chicken dish with steamed vegetables and wedding cake for dessert.

Honeymoon Destination

After initially traveling to Washington DC, the bride and groom spent 5 days at the Sandal's resort on St. Lucia in the Caribbean.

Mason jars with their names on them which the guests used for beverages.
